All patients at 4A Dental are registered on one of our dental membership plans. As well as offering you peace of mind, by spreading the cost of your routine dental care across montly direct debit payments, our membership plans include access to a 24-hour dental emergency helpline, 365 days a year, and a worldwide dental emergency assistance scheme. At 4A Dental, we’ll recommend a membership plan that best suits your individual needs.
Children's Plan - £2.75 per month (5-18 year olds, under 5's free)
Includes:
- Regular examinations
- All fillings in baby teeth
- X-rays
- Milk tooth extractions
- 20% reduction in cost of fillings in permanent teeth
- Fluoride application
- Sports gum shields at laboratory costs
- Dietary advice and oral health instruction
- Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme
Membership Plan - £3.90 per month
Includes:
- Guaranteed registration with the practice and continuing access to your dentist
- Payment by convenient monthly Direct Debit
- No need for an assessment – you can join immediately
- Appointment times to suit you whenever possible
- Priority bookings in the event of a dental emergency
- Membership card
- Access to a 24 hour dental emergency helpline 365 days per year
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme
Essential Plan - £9.83 per month
Includes:
- One dental health examination per year
- One hygienist appointment per year including scale and polish and periodontal advice
- X-rays as required
- Routine oral cancer screening
- 20% discount on treatment fees
- Diet and oral hygiene advice
- Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme
Maintenance Plan - £17.21 per month
Includes:
- Two dental health examinations per year
- Two hygienist appointments per year including scale and polish and periodontal advice
